Excellent friendly service. Matthew went out of his way to ensure I was happy as did Adam. Thank you They were patient, not pushy and gave me time to consider. They explained everything and all staff were polite, welcoming and helpful.

Even though there was an issue with delivery, this wasn't the fault of my excellent sales advisor, Ewan. He was simply great from start to finish. Can't fault him. And thanks for Ewan for all he has done for me. Love my new car.

Despite BMW holding the car in a warehouse for longer than expected, the garage did everything they could to ensure we had a car and were kept up to date with progress,

Bought my previous BMW from Marshall Grimsby,it was due for change in March 2026 as it was on a PCH plan ,Alphabet agreed to take my car back early if I bought a new car in November ,Ewan Freeland worked me a good deal out and I did a deal with him .
